1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or different from the one ordered.
The item is returned in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
The item is returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Refundable Items:
Intimate wear, lingerie, and swimwear.
Products purchased under clearance sales or with “no return/no refund” promotions.
Customized or personalized items.

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting images or documents (if applicable).
Step 3: After receiving your request, we will review it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following refund options:

3.1 Refund to Original Payment Method
If the refund is approved:
We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.). The refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3.2 Store Credit
You may opt to receive your refund as TVKStore Credits, which can be used for future purchases on TVKStore.com. Store credits will be issued immediately upon approval of your refund request.

4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide images or videos showing the defect.

7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you may still initiate a return after receiving the product.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the estimated time, please take the following steps: Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions.
